Once the completed floor plans are signed and you decide to proceed with the manufacturing or your dream package, we can begin the production process.
To begin the production process:
- A log or timber package contract is signed and Bridger Mountain Log Homes, Inc. receives a non-refundable one-half down payment on the total log or timber package, which is required to secure a production time slot.
- The drafting department then sends the completed floor plans to a professional, licensed engineer for redlines and stamps. (Price for engineering and sheer wall schedule is on a per job basis)
- After receiving the completed floor plans from the engineer, the drafting department develops the log or timber package cutsheet.
- The log or timber package cutsheet is then sent to production for the manufacturing of the log or timber package.
- Finally, the balance due of the total log or timber package is due upon the completion of production and before shipment of the log or timber package.
